What do you do?
With 30 years of experience I have worked with most themes that clients' bring to sessions. My particular interests include Self-Esteem issues, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, Phobias, Abuse, PTSD, Adult ASD, Relationships, Coaching etc.
qualifications
My background in Psychology (BSc) led me to develop a passion in applied Counselling & Psychotherapy (MSc) & Life Coaching (MSc). Since then I have also become qualified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist (Dip.Clin.Hyp) & I am also a Master Practitioner in NLP (MPNLP) (Neuro-linguistic programming)..

To preserve confidentiality, and for your safety: I prefer face to face and telephone for emergencies.
DO YOU HAVE FREE PARKING?
Yes, there’s loads of them too. You won’t have any issue finding a spot.
IS THERE DISABLED ACCESS?
Yes, there’s a lift and the front entrance is wheelchair friendly. There’s a disabled bathroom too.
HOW MUCH DO SESSIONS COST?
It’s £50 per session.
